Chawuna C. Parker

Owner

Chawuna C. Parker is a seasoned operations and housing professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations management, affordable housing, disaster recovery, grant administration, and financial services. She has successfully led large-scale housing programs, managed cross-functional teams, and ensured compliance with HUD, CDBG, HOME, and Housing Choice Voucher regulations.

Known for her strategic leadership, operational excellence, and collaborative approach, Chawuna has a proven track record of improving organizational performance, developing effective policies, and building strong partnerships with public and private stakeholders. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Leadership and is committed to delivering innovative solutions that strengthen communities and promote sustainable growth.
